Unlike most beaches in the region there is no beach bar and no sun beds. Relatively unspoilt, which was great. It's a bit of a narrow track to get to, but well worth it. The water was lovely. Take your own parasol though as no...More

One of the best beaches in Greece!!! You should take with you umbrella, water and some food because there is no beach bar there. Paradise on earth!!!

This unique beach is a must visit place if you travel in southwest Peloponnese. Best hours to visit early in the morning or late in the afternoon, but do not stay during the night, since mosquitos may be there too. At the very end of...More

Most famous beach with perfect omega form, reach in history and beauty. Beatiful colours of the crystaline water, fine sands and nice place for snorkeling.

We drove from Nafplio especially to see Voidokilia beach and nearby beaches and lagoons. Beautiful golden sand and turquoise water. Amazing view from on top of the Navarino castle (picture attached). If you want to spend the day at Voidokilia you should go prepared with...More

A beautiful beach with clear shallow water and little fish swimming around. No toilets or cafe, though, and the nearest cafe is a couple of kilometres away. A bit of a scramble up to Nestor's cave, which is nothing special in itself, but the views...More

What an absolutely stunning beach. We visited here for the day and spent time swimming and enjoying the beautiful water. We were upset to see quite a lot of trash left on the beach. Some of it in the water. Plastic bottles and some plastic...More

The first time I came here many years ago I had a lot of difficulty finding it. Back then I didn't know the name, just saw an aerial photo of it and the vague location, so drove over a lot of unsurfaced tracks and eventually...More

This beach rightly gets accolades for its attractive shape and the stunning views. Great to visit out of season - and to get photos with no-one else present.

the swimming experience was just terrible. the water is muddy, nothing to compare to what we expected from the photos we had seen. just avoid this beach and go to other beautiful beaches of the area.

I’m not sure about scooters, but if you can it would be in Pylos where I know you can hire boats.

Vanessa it's about 15 minutes by car from Pylos. You'd either have to take a taxi and have them return to pick you up, which is costly, or rent a motorbike.
