Honestly the best Museum I've ever seen. Many varieties of art. Great atmosphere and clean place. Temporary exhibitions are great to see.

In Madrid , visiting the pardi museum is a must . To avoid the long line to enter , purchase your ticket ahead online . I advice that you take the audio guide for 6 € , it will make your visit more interesting.

The Prado houses basically the Spanish Royal family’s historic collection of old masters. The display is almost overwhelming with 90 canvases by Rubens alone. It is however very well air-conditioned and makes a nice break from the heat of the day. You could easily spend...More

The museum is just fantastic with great paintings and sculptures. Some of them are incredibly beautiful and the details amazed truly! The place is huge and to look around will need a full day at least! Photography is not allowed.

I visited the Prado national museum after 6 p. m., so the entrance was free of charge. It is a great move from Madrid to give a two-hour free access to all people, who want to enjoy the beauty of worlds most magnificent art pieces....More

The best way to get tickets at a great price are online, and you can skip the lines. The museum is great, and the audio guide is a must for understanding the art works.

We got in early on a summer day and had no wait. It's a fair price for such an important, beautiful museum. It's huge- you can spend a long time here. Just remember what you'll be seeing: sometimes very dark, depressing art. Like, religious battles...More

Well laid out and not overwhelming! Some Art museums are just a chore (I'm talking to you, Louvre!), but this was pleasantly easy. The guidebooks let you know exactly which artists are where and we chose to hop, skip, and jump all over the place....More

We did not arrange a private tour of the Prado. We simply bought our tickets online from home, showed them the tickets and did a self-guided tour of the Prado which took four hours, and even then we saw only a fraction of... More

Not sure. There is a cloak room and the whole place is big so probably would be ok, but only had handbag with me. The staff was quite relaxed and helpful, even with security, so maybe they will help. Maybe you can contact... More
