Stunning architectural marvel of a chapel, with silence broken only by the muted cacophony of the outside world. Open freely to the public with votives available by donation and a 1€ charge for bathroom usage

Incredibly nice to get into such a quiet place right in the center of the city. What you experience in this space is an unusual feeling that otherwise only occurs when there is a power failure, a total silence, the only thing that is heard...More

The chapel looks cool from the outside, smooth wooden structure. Inside it's quite plain. And quiet of course. If you are in downtown Helsinki it is worth a minute of your time.

Nothing special, it's just a small chappel. The design is unusual, but we spent maybe 1,5 minutes here and saw everything.

If you are near, check it out. Convenient to bus and train stations. Tiny place but very beautifully made and lovingly cared for. Quiet of course.

It's a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and be silent. I would guess it would be most helpful for those who just need to get away from the noise for a bit. I thought both the interior and exterior...More
