Located in a busy area but still accessible. The king’s monument just behind it is more impressive. The mall is a popular location for Cambodians and s pleasant walking area.

Very pretty park near the monument where lots of locals hang out. Monument is in the middle of a busy roundabout and symbolises independence from French colonialism. A nice addition to the skyline of Phnom Penh

Watch the round-about that goes round it. Wonderful food hoot opportunities at different points. Take a stroll around the streets and enjoy this magnificent monument. Lots of people taking photos.
