We decided to skip a museum and head for the recommended farmers market. Wow. We were blown away with the variety of fruits and veggies plus. If you are in the area on a Sat or Sunday, don't miss it

Yes, there is produce galore but also prepared foods from many traditions and beautiful crafts. If you are not a local, it would be worth it to go early for breakfast, peruse the goods, and take a boat ride, so that you can go back...More

I am not a Farmers Market type of guy, but this was fun. Lots of booths and activity. If you're not there for the produce, there is plenty of prepared food to buy as well.

The market has a great selection of local fruit and vegetables at reasonable prices. A couple vendors have hard cider to sell. The market also has some popular eateries and local crafts. Avoid the crowd, and arrive early.

Calling this a Farmer's market is only part of the story as you can buy ready-to-eat prepared food as well. We had delicious crepes with fresh strawberries and fresh fruit smoothies but there were other foods that would have been just as delicious.

Visited this nice and perfect sized Farmers Market at Ithaca. I really liked the size of the Market. It was compact but offered a really wide variety of stalls from local produce to tru asian cousine. Asian, Indian, Korean food and great Tibetan momos.
