We drove here specifically for the tour and it was very reasonably priced. It was great to see behind the scenes and the ice cream sample at the end, The Americone flavour, was lovely and just enough to stop us queuing for more.
Went in the off-season, so none of the outdoor stuff was open. The production facility was actually smaller than I thought it would be. The tour was pretty fast -you watch a video, get to observe the production line, and then taste some ice cream-...More
Well we haven't had much Ben & Jerry's ice cream in the past as we watch our calorie intake, but we were in town and everyone said we had to go by. Boy were we surprised. It's like Disneyland for Ice Cream. Not only are...More
Here is a tip, do not try and go here on a holiday or weekend. When we got there we should have had a clue when we could not find a place to park, and when we did we had to walk a mile. First...More
Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your visit. Sorry to hear you happened upon us during one of the busier times of year. The location of the parking areas is mainly due to the factory being built on a hill....More
We were told that while in Vermont we MUST stop at Ben & Jerry's tour, so of course we had to go. There now is a $3 charge for the tour. We drove by one rainy day, but the parking lot was very crowded, so...More

I should have read reviews earlier - avoid weekends when the actual factory is closed but tours are open. The tour itself is around 40 minutes but wait times to get parking spot, and time slot for visit can be anywhere from 1 hour to...More
Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your visit. We are an active 24/7 manufacturing facility with a schedule that includes cleaning, setting up, producing and maintenance so it can be tricky to nail down the dates and times of actual...More
This place was fun. It was a quick tour with an ice cream sample and a gift shop. It was fun to finally go here and they were very busy. Our guide was funny and I would recommend this visit!
thanks for the great review--glad you finally made it too!
My wife and I had visited once before during a visit to VT and wanted to stop by again. Even though we both lived in NH for many years (before I joined the Air Force) we never made it here until coming back to New...More
