The concept is cool: Allowing you to personalize a message and put it inside a fresh fortune cookie. And I'll give it a 2 out of 5 rating because the giant fortune cookie is also a neat concept. But this really is a dumpy tourist...More

Tiny store in a Chinatown Alley. Had to hunt a little to see the sign. Front half is sales, back half is production. Wonderful vanilla smell. Free samples unexpectedly offered on entering. Hot off the press fresh cookies were terrific. Got to see how the...More

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE Just read several reviews in the past years for this place. And still I had the same EXACT experience. Put this on yelp already. The owner belittles and degrades a young female employee for the past 6-8 min I been waiting...More

I wish I had known! I was so surprised and overwhelmed I didn’t buy enough! Try a free sample! See how fortune cookies are made. Buy them dipped in chocolate!!!! Fantastic! In an alleyway, small, but so worth it!

During our walk in Chinatown this spot was really fun to see! It is nice to see how fortune cookies are made and you can add a personal message to the cookies. A fun thing to do/see in San francisco!

We went on a Saturday which may have been the cause of the line...we heard several locals say they had not encountered a wait in prior visits. But we were glad we stopped - yummy samples and make your own fortune cookie if you would...More

We stopped here on the way out of town. It's down a cute little alley way (I almost missed it). Not a ton of parking, so we actually dropped us off while my husband drove around the block. You could get in and out in...More

Located in a tiny alley in Chinatown, this place is a nice stop if you're in the area. It is TINY with one lady folding newly made cookies and another doing cashier duty and handing out free hot, flat cookies to taste while in line....More

I don't know for sure, but would guess normal business hours. Google Maps says 8am-6pm, 7 days a week. No tour, but you can see them pressing the cookies when you step inside. Very small place.
