Very nice moderate hike along the water to Francis Point light. Parking close proximity to Madeira Park village. The hike is to a navigational light, not a lighthouse.
We packed a lunch and enjoyed the view across Georgia strait to Texada island.

Beautiful secluded natural marine park. Easy coastal walk through tall trees, wonderful coastal views, rocky beachs and platforms, and a stunning grove of arbutus trees on the point. Dog friendly..must be on lead.
