Discover the undiscovered. Journey to a forgotten Jamaica where the natural beauty is simply unforgettable. Within a 500-acre wilderness preserve, blue mountains, lush palm groves, pristine coastlines and shimmering turquoise waters create an unbelievable backdrop for a monumental resort. Sandals Whitehouse Europe Village & Spa perfectly blends the exotic allure of the Caribbean with the refined elegance of Europe. Charming Italian piazzas and fountains are surrounded by gardens resplendent with fragrant foliage, while three European-inspired villages – Italian, French and Dutch – are home to luxuriously-appointed, all oceanfront rooms and suites. Each one offers magnificent views overlooking the two-mile long beach, and top tier suites come with Sandals’ legendary Butler Service. Seven restaurants serve mouthwatering gourmet cuisine from around the world, and entertainment ranges from a sophisticated piano bar to bonfire beach parties and a chic nightclub. This resort is truly a world unto itself, where time is all but forgotten and the only moment is now. World Travel Awards: Sandals Resorts “World’s Leading All – Inclusive Company,” 16 years in a row. Sandals Resorts “Caribbean’s Leading Hotel Brand,” 18 years in a row. Sandals Whitehouse “Jamaica’s Leading Spa Resort” Five Star Diamond Award, American Academy of Hospitality Sciences. Make sure you fly into Montego Bay, not the Kingston airport...its 4 hours away! We can't say enough about the spa. Highly recommend the hot stone massage and for 90 minutes. The stones give you a slight exfoliation & we glowed afterwards. Just make sure you book when you first arrive so you don't have a bad sunburn. The stones are comfortably warm (not hot). The "playmakers" at the resort were amazing. These are the entertainment staff. In particular here are the people that made our trip so special: Davion...he is amazing at dancing, dominoes and cheating lol 😃. I know they are paid to make you feel special but it didn't feel that way. They always made a point to say hello and talk to us which made us feel really special. I am sure they get all kinds of annoying people but they didn't show it. Ceychan was awesome and such a good singer. Tiffany is a cutie pie who was so sweet and has a rocking set of lungs! The talent at this resort blew us away...truly! The staff that performs at night as well as the people who are brought in for the nightly shows are better than any resort or cruise that we have ever visited. We wanted a resort that had a mix of relaxation and activity if we chose.....and it delivered. There is a pre show every night that is fun with different things like saxophone, reggae music, then a singing show and if you want more there is a great bar with dancing and karaoke some nights. Wish the karaoke lasted longer into the night! The best show of the week was the steel drum band......so cool! My husband and I kept commenting that it felt like date night every night. There are 3 pools to choose from - one that is quiet and zen with no music (dutch), one that is large with lots of music and activity (main pool called rivera) and then the loud party pool where there was volleyball (French pool). We LOVED the paris cafe/coffee bar. Our morning routine was to wake up, grab breakfast and then head to the coffee bad for a latte. The food is great here and we have pretty high standards. Not a lot of buffet options but again, sitting down to a sit-down dinner made it feel like date night every night. Our fav was the lasagna at the italian restaurant Giuseppe's). If you are a major ocean swimming person this will be disappointing - lots of grass and muck in the water. We became pool people for this reason.

We’ve been to Sandals South Coast before (when it was called Whitehouse), it stands above other all inclusive resort by being tucked away on its own private beach surrounded by a nature preserve. The food was excellent, we needed another week to try it all, the drinks were fantastic, every room has an ocean view! I felt like the highlight of our trip were the activities on the beach, we snorkeled, paddle boarded, kayaked and even had a sailing lesson by one of the lifeguards. The weather was perfect the week we were there, I miss the sunshine, I can’t wait to go back.

Amazing time in the bungalow over the water. Loved the room, the bathrooms (I mean who doesn't love an outdoor shower and tub with a view, the butlers pantry which was fully stocked and the bed was so comfy. I am usually really picky about the bed and this one was great! The hammock outside was perfect for naps and having dinner and breakfast delivered to the room to eat outside was great. I loved all the unique afternoon snacks they would bring us. Angella and Toni were the best butlers ever. They kept us more than fully stocked on things and went out of their way to make it unique to our taste. They made sure they brought me Tito's and 7up even though the resort didn't have 7up. I thought that was so sweet! They even continued to make sure every detail was taken care of if we asked for it or not. I would 100% return.

I was so impressed with this resort. From the moment I arrived all the employees were so welcoming. They got us in quickly, up to our rooms comfortably, and had our luggage to us quickly. I have been to a couple other all inclusive resorts and the food was not comparable to the food at the south coast. I enjoyed everything I had. There were so many options. They had fine sitdown dining, delicious buffets, and the quick jerk shack was also delicious. I will definitely be returning, it was the best vacation of my life. Looking forward to going back.

Everything was absolutely gorgeous, the beach area needs improvement though. Very full of seaweed and gooey sand. Water is not as clear as pictured in brochures. The pools are phenomenal and the staff!
