We stayed in this hotel the 19th of nov and we loved it! The rooms are spacious, clean and everything you need is there. Breakfast is also great, lots of food and its al fresh, chefs and waitress are friendly. We checked in with Anouk, she was very helpful and friendly and told us a lot about Queenstown - gave us recommendations and helped us with booking an activity. The service was great and we had a great time here! Thanks again Anouk for helping us out.

We came here for a short trip and stayed in a remarkables junior suite. There aren’t that many rooms at this small boutique hotel but we loved not having queues and lots of guests around. Were we blown away. Lovely staff. Great service. Gorgeous a la Carte gourmet breakfast included and daily canapés and wine/beer drinks from 6-7pm. Some of the canapés were better than meals we had at some of the local restaurants. Rooms very modern and up to date furnishings. Couldn’t fault this place. This hotel no doubt has left a great lasting impression on us and has made Queenstown our favourite go to place for holidays.

The hotel is 3 minutes walk from the town centre. Modern hotel with big spacious rooms. If you want more than just a bed to sleep in this is a good place. The beds are large and comfortable and with a nice bath room. You have a sofa and chairs to rest in. We also had space and chairs to sit outdoor. The interior is nice with funny details. The staff are friendly and every afternoon every guests are invited to a drink in the reception. Very nice and gives you the opportunity to meet other travelers if you want to. What we appreciated most was the breakfast. A very good menu, but we wanted something out of the menu, which was taken and served very well and with a smile. Really a breakfast we enjoyed and will remember as something special.

My husband and I just spent five nights at this gorgeous property and it was nothing short of amazing. The location is brilliant - everything's less than a 5-7 min walk from the hotel, which made it super convenient for us as we didn’t have a car whist in Queenstown. The hotel’s daily canapé hour was a great as we got a chance to sample amazing New Zealand wines & beer and also meet and interact with the other guest The highlight of our stay here has to be the outstanding staff at the hotel. From the check in experience to the canapé hour and to check-out they were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Queenstown.

Stylish, with kitchenette we stayed in two of the Gondola rooms; Room 6 which had 1× queen bed when arriving in Queenstown to walk the Milford Track and Room 3 on our return. Room 3 contained 2 × twin queen beds and also included a large bath - perfect after completing the trek to relax tired muscles. We would definately recommend this hotel and endeavor to book again when we next visit Queenstown.
