A boutique hotel and restaurant serving farm-to-table dishes inspired by Spanish cuisine. The hotel includes 17 rooms: 3 Classic, 10 Deluxe, and 4 Suites with balconies. Each well-appointed room features original hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, antique Persian rugs, original artwork and the finest textiles. They are 100% non-smoking and offer air-conditioning, LCD flat-screen TVs, and bath products by C&O Bigelow and Kiki de Montoarnasse. Also included in the rate is a complimentary Linus Bikes for touring the area. Granada is situated in the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo, making it easy for guests to enjoy a wide range of activities including wine tasting, hiking through the lush countryside, a day at the beach, golfing, or strolling downtown shops and restaurants. The world famous Farmers Market is located one block from the hotel, and is held every Thursday night. Oprah Winfrey and National Geographic recently named this ‘the happiest city in America’.

The Bistro is darling and the food is wonderful! The ambiance is quaint and the service is super. It's a gem of a find! Give it a try. I had the most wonderful gourmet grilled cheese sandwich with tomato bisque! My mom had the burger, but it came on a home made bun with bacon... It's not your usual place.

This cute hotel is right in the middle of downtown San Luis Obispo and we loved being able to park the car (there's a small lot behind the hotel) and walk around town. The room was small -- basically one room with a shower stall and sink in the corner, but well appointed and perfectly fine for the two of us. There's a nice lounge area with indoor and outdoor seating that we used for reading in the mornings and late afternoons since the room wasn't large enough for that. There was free coffee and little breakfast cookies there in the morning and wine in the evenings. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it if you don't need much space in the room.

Our family of 6 just spent two nights at this beautiful hotel and totally enjoyed it. It is like a step back in time when you were treated like royalty in a hotel. It was quaint, beautiful and very unique. Small pretty room's each a little different! Great wine at check in, and fresh coffee and sweets each morning. A pretty patio on the second floor to enjoy also! We enjoyed it all very much!

Beautiful patio and atmosphere. Not a huge selection of beer and overpriced. When I mentioned that the drinks were warm all that was said was sorry I think our refrigeration system is having problems. Good customer service would be to bring a cold glass, discount the bill or bring out nuts or something. Wouldn’t go back when there’s so many options in town.

Our daughter is attending Cal Poly SLO in September and we have stayed at the Granada the three times we visited the school. It is a charming, European-felling boutique hotel. You feel like you are guests of the owners. Everyone is so warm, friendly and helpful. We are excited to stay each time. We love having a drink at the Bistro and the hide-away bar -- super cool. I highly recommend the Granada and will be staying here for the next four years during my daughter's college years and beyond!
